Sunday School
The young people at St Edmund’s are not
only the Church of tomorrow but are integral to the Church of today.
The
Junior Church meet at the Church Halls on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. The
emphasis is on learning through fun.
The Junior Church comprises the Kindergarten, Junior and Senior sections. Each tailors its sessions to the age-range of the young people.
The Junior Church joins with the congregation at the Family
Communion halfway through the service. During that service there is opportunity
for the young people to share their work and studies with the congregation.
Junior Church is open to those aged between 5 and 15 years.
If you are interested in belonging come along one Sunday and see whether it’s
for you.
Parents and guardians of those in Junior Church are welcome
to attend the service in Church while the young people meet in the halls.
At
the All-Age Worship services on the First Sunday in each month, there is
opportunity for members of the Junior Church to take an active role within the
service.
