The Friends of St Edmund’s

The Friends were founded in July 1984, when a small committee was formed.

Past and present members of St Edmund’s are invited to become a Friend – either as a Life Member or an Annual Member.

The objectives of the friends are

§ To enjoy fellowship with people who love and serve the Church to maintain contact with one another by regular meetings and other activities.

§ To show interest in, and to offer practical help, in the preservation of the fabric of the Church, and the maintenance of its buildings.

§ To do all in its power to encourage Christian unity within the family to enjoy experience of fellowship with God.

The Annual Meeting of the Friends is held in April of each year, and social events are held during the course of each year.
